Making Rainmakers: Empowering Law Firm Leaders to Build and Sustain a Winning Business Development Strategy
This workshop will equip law firm partners and senior lawyers with the mindset and skillset necessary to excel in business development.
Participants will learn to strategically position themselves and their firms to attract new clients, engage effectively with C-Suite executives, and balance business development with billable hours.
To do this we create bespoke, role play-based “simulations” to enable participants to practice newly developed skills in a safe space with constructive, helpful feedback.
