Is it right for me?

Our Open Events give you a first hand experience of the way our training works, regardless of the topic you choose.

Every session is built around experiential learning that uses professional role players to bring real workplace behaviour to life. Instead of theory alone, you explore communication challenges through interactive exercises, practical scenarios and guided reflection, all designed to build confidence and develop skills that transfer directly into day to day work.

These short events give a clear sense of the impact our programmes create and are ideal for anyone who wants to understand the quality and effectiveness of our approach before committing to a full course

What will the learning outcomes be?

Participants will gain insights into effective communication strategies through models like the Relationship Model and Thomas Kilman handling conflict model.

Through exploration of feedback models like the BEERS feedback model and Transactional Analysis, participants will learn to give and receive feedback constructively.

The workshop will introduce the Levels of the Listening model, enabling participants to improve their active listening skills. This will help them engage more effectively with their audience and respond appropriately to feedback.

Participants will learn about the DISC model to better understand and respond to different personality types. This knowledge will help them tailor their communication style to various audiences, enhancing their ability to connect and influence others.

Through interactive activities and practical exercises, participants will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned. They will practice their presentations, receive feedback from peers and facilitators, and refine their skills in a supportive environment.
