Forum Theatre

Forum Theatre uses live scenarios to explore workplace challenges in an interactive and engaging format. A scene is performed, then paused so the group can discuss what is happening, offer ideas and influence the action.

Participants can step in, try new approaches and see how different choices shape the outcome. It is an open and collaborative way to build understanding and encourage behaviour change.

Experiential Training

Experiential Training places people in realistic situations that mirror the pressures of their day to day roles.

By stepping into a live scenario, they can test new skills, make decisions, and reflect on the impact in a safe environment. This approach builds confidence, improves communication and turns abstract ideas into practical tools teams can use straight away.

Skills Practice

Skills Practice gives people a focused space to rehearse real conversations with trained role players.

Participants try out their approach, receive clear feedback and repeat the moment until it feels confident and natural. It is practical, hands on learning that strengthens communication and helps people perform well in the situations that matter most.
